I guess ''every'' would be preferable. It suggests that it is Honey Buns something that is still taking place until this very day. Usually ''each'' Registered User is used when you're descibing a series of similar things. There is also another mistake, besides ''an organization'' at the
beginning, which someone has already pointed out. It should be ''has been
feeding needy families'' without the ''the''.

There are a couple of things that are wrong Pinky Registered User First, you do not need a comma after ''organization.''
