Are there are lot of churches / organizations in new york city NYC that give away free food

Just wondering is it easy for poor people to survive, how are the

Yes, the Salvation army is one,welfare is another, plus other  
Olive
churches. The soup lines aren't too bad. The gove. is on the ball.
